The Waterford Fair offers artisans, vendors, and producers a venue to reach a wide audience of people seeking one-of-a-kind, made by hand, items in a lovely setting that promotes history and creativity. Demonstrating Artisans

Applications for Demonstrating Artisans for the 2020 Waterford Fair are now being accepted. Save $10 by applying before March 16, 2020. If you are interested in learning more about participating as a demonstrating artisan please read the prospectus or contact the fair director at:  [email protected].

Returning Artisans

The Waterford Landmark Artisan program (WLA) is by invitation only. Artisans who have consistently juried into the Fair with a high quality art or craft and participate in an exemplary fashion for more than three years are selected and invited to return the following year without jurying.

Other Participation Categories

Check back in mid-2020 to apply for the following categories: Fine Art & Art Mart, Dried Flowers, Baked Goods, Old Mill Shop and food & drink. Please note that the prospectus and application processes are different by category and are subject to change in 2020.


We’re on the lookout for exceptional food trucks, stands, and carts to make the Waterford Fair a destination for delicious food and (non-alchoholic) drink.

A wonderful variety of arts covering three floors of the historic Old Mill. Works are sold by consignment and are juried for acceptance.


Submit your application to consign baked goods in the Old Mill Shop.


Complete dried flower arrangements and individual dried pieces for customers to use to make their own arrangements.
