The Waterford Fair offers artistans, vendors, and producers a venue to reach a wide audience of people seeking one-of-a-kind, made by hand, items in a lovely setting that promotes history and creativity. Demonstrating Artisans

Applications for Demonstrating Artisans for the 2020 Waterford Fair will start in early 2020. Check back for opening dates and links to application. Read the 2019 prospectus for information about applying. (Prospectus subject to change.)

Returning Artisans

The LAP program is by invitation only. Artisans who have consistently juried in to the Fair with a high quality art or craft and participate in an exemplary fashion are selected to return the following year without jurying.

We’re on the lookout for exceptional food trucks, stands, and carts to make the Waterford Fair a destination for delicious food and (non-alchoholic) drink.

Original, digitally unaltered photographic works on exhibit. Show or sell your work with prizes given for winning pieces. (Photo credit: Shen)


A wonderful variety of arts covering three floors of the historic Old Mill. Works are sold by consignment and are juried for acceptance.


Submit your application to consign baked goods in the Old Mill Shop.


Complete dried flower arrangements and individual dried pieces for customers to use to make their own arrangements.
