Your Day at the Fair
Your day begins…
Bus tours: Will be dropped off at a central location and begin with a docent greeting and a short talk about Waterford’s history and how best to enjoy the Fair. Tickets and Fair Booklets will be handed out and then your group set free to explore!
Regular groups: Park in our parking areas and check in at the ticket booth to pick up your tickets and booklets.
Avoid the lines and have lunch in a climate-controlled location! Boxed lunches may be pre-ordered for your group. Lunches will be prepared by a local caterer and will include a gluten free and vegetarian option.
Need overnight accommodations for your group? We can help! Contact us for information about local hotels and special pricing for Waterford Fair guests.
Know before you come…
Be prepared to walk! Waterford is a historic village with uneven paved and unpaved walkways. Shuttle service is available for the mobility-impaired only.
Consider your dining options. The Waterford Fair has wonderful food! If your group wants to avoid waiting in line or wants to eat together as a group in a climate-controlled location you may want to pre-order boxed lunches.
Be prepared for the weather. Early October weather can be variable and is often quite warm.
