Your Day at the Fair

Know before you come…
  • Be prepared to walk! Waterford is a historic village with uneven paved and unpaved walkways. Shuttle service is available for the mobility-impaired only.
  • Consider your dining options. The Waterford Fair has wonderful food! If your group wants to avoid waiting in line or wants to eat together as a group in a climate-controlled location you may want to pre-prder boxed lunches.
  • Be prepared for the weather. Early October weather can be variable and is often quite warm.
Your day begins…

Bus tours: Will be dropped off at a central location and begin with a docent greeting and a short talk about Waterford’s history and how best to enjoy the Fair. Tickets and Fair Booklets will be handed out and then your group set free to explore!

Regular groups: Park in our parking areas and check in at the ticket booth to pick up your tickets and booklets.

Avoid the lines and have lunch in a climate-controlled location! Boxed lunches may be pre-ordered for your group.  Lunches will be prepared by a local caterer and will include a gluten free and vegetarian option.

Need overnight accommodations for your group? We can help! Contact us for information about local hotels and special pricing for Waterford Fair guests.
