Your Day at the Fair

Your day begins…

Bus tours: Will be dropped off at a central location and begin with a docent greeting and a short talk about Waterford’s history and how best to enjoy the Fair. Tickets and Fair Booklets will be handed out and then your group set free to explore! Buses parking is on a paved lot at a local school.

Groups arriving by car or van: Park in any of our parking areas and check in at the ticket booth to pick up your tickets and booklets if you purchased in advance via Eventbrite. If you make an advance group reservation you will receive instructions ahead of arrival with your check in point.

Avoid the lines! Boxed lunches may be pre-ordered for your group.  Lunches will be prepared by a local caterer and will include a gluten free and vegetarian option. Contact our office to discuss options.

Know before you come…

Be prepared to walk! Waterford is a historic village with uneven paved and unpaved walkways. Shuttle service is available for the mobility-impaired only.

Consider your dining options. The Waterford Fair has wonderful food! If your group wants to avoid waiting in line or wants to eat together as a group in a climate-controlled location you may want to pre-order boxed lunches.

Be prepared for the weather. Early October weather can be variable and is often quite warm.

See what awaits your group at the Waterford Fair!
