Please fill out the Online Application form below and submit with payment. All steps of the application process are contained in the multi-step form.
Please have your list of inventory items, five digital photos of your work and credit card ready before beginning the form.
Apply by Mail or in Person
To apply by mail or in person print the Old Mill Application and the Consignment Proposal form and mail with $30.00 payment to: PO Box 142, Waterford, VA 20197 or drop off at the Old School, 40222 Fairfax Street, Waterford, VA 20197 between the hours of 9-5, Tuesday – Friday. It is best to call ahead and let us know you are coming: 540-882-3018.
Photos: Please include photos of a representative sample of work you will be selling at the Mill (ONLY if you are a new applicant or returning Mill consignor with new types of work).
Tally Your Profits
See what you sold! After the Fair, all items are sorted and re-inventoried. The consignment fee (25%) is assessed on sold items after the fair. Unsold items may be picked up on the scheduled check-out days. Checks for the balance due to consignors will be mailed in December 2018.
