Welcome!
The Fair takes place throughout the entire National Historic Landmark village of Waterford, Virginia. While you’re here for the music, you can also tour our historic homes, explore fine art at the Red Barn, and shop traditional, functional crafts at the Old Mill. Best of all, you can step back in time as juried artisans and tradespeople showcase and demonstrate their historic trades right before your eyes, just as you would have found them in the village during the 18th and 19th centuries.
Tickets and the full performance schedule will be available starting August 1, 2026. Sign up for our email list below to get an alert the moment tickets go on sale!

Plan Your Visit
The Fair takes place throughout the National Historic Landmark village of Waterford, Virginia.
Parking & Shuttles: Free parking and shuttle service are included with your Fair ticket.
The Venue: The Main Stage is an outdoor venue located on the lawn at the Old School (40222 Fairfax St.). This is a rain-or-shine event; in case of inclement weather, the stage will move indoors to the John Wesley Church (40125 Bond St.).
Seating: We have you covered! Rustic hay bale seating is provided at the stage, so you can sit back and enjoy the music without needing to bring your own chairs.
Food & Drink: Come hungry and thirsty. Multiple food vendors will be on-site, and Talbott’s Tavern on the Lawn (our wine & beer garden) will be serving exceptional craft beer from Wheatland Spring Brewery alongside several local Loudoun County wineries.
